Depression!


Each 20th person is suffering from depression in India and 40% of the total population of the world is suffering from mental disorders!
From Where does this word come? Any idea? Have you ever Thought about it? No?
let it be;
Depression comes from your thoughts! There's a cycle! Which rides you to the depression in end. Cycle starts from thoughts then it takes turn at belief, action and finally it stops at result!
There are two type of thoughts, positive and negative!
Most of the people think negative and then they start believing in that negative thought! And finally negativity becomes a belief! And that other people can see by negative thinker's action which would be negative only! And they will get negative result and then theyfeel depressed!
This is the simple chain! So what you have to do is, change your thoughts! That's it!Take things positively, and if you fail, learn from it and do it again! I know I know it's too easy to say but difficult to face! I'm not a lecturer! I will give you some tips whenever you feel depress, following such things you should do!

1. Talk to someone with whom you forget your pain!
2. Open your YouTube and search your favorite ROCKING song and listen it
3. Go and meet your friends and share the thing

4. Sleep for a while (I always do this and when I wake up, I forget about the thing and keep myself back into my work)
5. Don't think about that again andagain! It is over thinking! It's useless!
6. Keep yourself busy in other work
7. Sit at the front of the mirror and talk to yourself and be confident!
8. Do not take any decisions.
9. Eat something sweet.
10. Go for a walk.
11. Learn to smile.
12. Watch FRIENDS (It often helps me)
13. Don't care about what people think about you! You do whatever you like to do! (Don't harm anyone)
14. Write whatever you feel about the moment in your notes.
15. Check out the new collection on online shopping!
16. Most important thing is, try to face the situation, be strong and energetic and have a sports man spirit!

Accept if you fail and don't overreact if you win! Stay calm and enjoy your every moment without showing off! Tell depression "Good Bye"(You can kick it's ass too) Before you do any of this just drink a Glass of water first! :P

    1. May be your problems are not actually your problem but its the problem of others who don't have any common sense! So technically you have to actually solve others problem to get out of your problems! You just have to clam yourself and for your good future, if it is possible, try to make them understand!
